The VAA is Germany‘s largest professional association of managers and junior managers within the chemical industry and related sectors. We represent the interests of roughly 30,000 non-tariff (außertariflich /AT) and executive employees. VAA members include scientists, engineers, pharmacists, as well as lawyers and business economists. The VAA represents the interests of its members in politics and business, offers legal services, information on numerous publications and a cross-company network.
