Werksgruppe Merck

VAA Merck works group

In 2022, the VAA work group had around 1,100 members (including 100 retirees) and 11 seats on the Works Council. Our members have 5 mandates in the supervisory boards and 7 mandates represent the executives in the Speakers Committee.

We help shape the future of Merck. We do this for you, the employees of Merck, by developing strategies for an attractive and healthy workplace with good ideas in intensive discussions with the management and other Merck stakeholders.

You can find your local contacts on our postings in the buildings.

Your VAA Merck works group board

The works group board currently consists of 7 members, who are elected every 2 years. Each year we report on our various activities during our Annual General Assembly meeting, as well as during a series of information and discussion events on current topics.

Our aim is to create a lively, strong works group that represents the AT employees and senior executives at Merck. Currently, the group has about 1000 active members and is growing.
